Founder of LMW Avocat, Ms. MAILLIET-WOZNIAK has over 20 years of experience as an attorney.
Following her dual French and Polish legal training, Ms. MAILLIET-WOZNIAK has developed specific expertise in cross-border business law. She provides her French and international clients with rigorous and effective advice and assistance in commercial litigation.
A graduate of Université Paris-Cité (LL.M. in International Business Law and LL.M. in Civil and Commercial Obligations) and Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań (Master’s Degree in Private and Commercial Law), she joined the legal profession after training at Paris Bar Training School.
She began her career at Clifford Chance and Norton Rose in Paris before expanding her legal experience as an associate at MONFERRAN & ASSOCIES in Toulouse.
In March 2009, she established her own law firm, LMW Avocat, to assist French and Polish companies in their growth on the European market, with particular focus on the legal aspects of employee secondment.
At the same time, she taught international private law at Université du Sud – Toulon and the Institute of Judicial Studies, sharing her passion for business law and international mobility with young professionals.
